1. Book Your Showing Through our Listings
Our listings are posted all over various rental and ad websites like Facebook, Zumper, Craigslist, etc. Once you find the listing you’re interested in, please carefully read all of the listing. Details for how to contact us will be provided there and are different for every address. Please do not call regarding listings as our reception only handles current tenant/landlord inquiries.
2. Submit your Application Form
Once you have completed your showing, you will be provided a link to our application form. You can also access the form via the button on the top right of this page.
Provide as much information as you are comfortable with for our team to process your information and verify with the Landlord.

4. Lease Agreement/Key Handover Inspection
After you submit your documentation, our team will draft a lease agreement for you to sign electronically and request for deposits. Once your deposits have been made, a team member will coordinate with you to schedule an inspection and key handover.
