Make sure all information provided for credit/reference check are true and accurate or may delay processing. All mandatory fields must be filled, put N/A if it doesn't apply. We will not process your application before you view the property unless it is agreed by the property manager.
Please complete one form per adult occupant/guarantor. For example, fill 3 separate forms for 3 adults.
Please list the full names of all adults renting this property (including yourself).
The following information is not required at this time, but submitting them will speed up the application process. If you choose not to submit them now, you will still be asked to submit these documents if you are selected as the new tenant.
Agreement #1
I/We certify that the above information is true and correct. Century 21 In Town Realty shall have the right to determine the
suitability of any prospective tenant, and to reject my application for any reason not prohibited by law. Century 21 In Town
Realty may share applicant’s personal information with a prospective Landlord. Permission is also granted by the applicant
to the Agent/Landlord to call all names/phone numbers as provided above. Personal information shall not be shared with
any other person or entity. Consent for credit check: I/We hereby authorize Century 21 In Town Realty to obtain such credit
reports or other information as may be deemed necessary in connection with the establishment and maintenance of a
credit account or of any other direct business requirements. This consent is given pursuant to section 12 of the Personal
Information Reporting Act, S.B.C. , 1973.
Agreement #2
I/We certify that we understand Rent It Now Property Management Group/Century 21 In Town Realty is acting as an agent of the landlord and are working in the landlord’s best interest. If required, I understand that my information will be shared to the owner for the purpose of my tenancy. I understand that Rent It Now Property Management Group/Century 21 In Town Realty is not my agent and will not negotiate on my behalf or give me advice on terms and conditions regarding the tenancy agreement. If I require advice, I will need to seek out my own counsel.
