The combined annual income of all tenants applying does not exceed $85,870 if I am looking for studios/one bedroom units or $138,770 if I am looking for two bedroom/three bedroom units.

I do not have assets and/or investments exceeding $500,000.

I understand that the application process will require extensive documentation including but not limited to citizenship, banking, and employment information.
